This was one of my favorite pastries I had! It was a macaroon sandwich with cream on the inside and raspberries around the cream. They wrapped it up in a little hot pink paper pyramid. I made this heaven last over two days! It was from a patisserie called La Truffe Noire-- go if ever in Paris!
